TPS Guildford – Parts Sales Executive
Location: TPS Guildford
We are looking for a motivated Parts Sales Executive to join our TPS Guildford team. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, providing expert parts advice and achieving sales targets.
Salary & Benefits
- £32,000–£34,000 basic salary
- £4,200 annual bonus OTE, paid monthly
- 45-hour working week: 8:00am–5:30pm or 8:30am–6:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, included within salary
Key Responsibilities
- Sell genuine vehicle parts, identify customer requirements and maximise sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers through regular contact and excellent customer service.
- Handle enquiries, orders, deliveries and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Use TPS systems to identify and source the correct parts.
- Work closely with the wider team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all company processes and procedures.
About You
- Previous experience in automotive parts, distribution, telesales or a fast-paced sales environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills with a strong customer focus.
- Confident building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Good IT skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team while managing your own workload.
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,200.00 per year
