We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Used Car Sales Executive to join our reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.(Trainee role requires no experience). Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable used vehicles
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, insurance, and accessories to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
- Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits effectively
- Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to convert enquiries into sales
- Organise appointments and manage your own schedule efficiently to optimise sales performance
- Requirements
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and organisational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and close sales effectively
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment
- Valid driving licence is essential for conducting test drives and client meetings
