Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food & drinks orders
- Prepare and serve drinks according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar & restaurant areas and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor and replenish bar inventory
- Assist in setting up for events or functions
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Experience in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver excellent customer service
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and calculating orders
