Job Summary:
We are seeking a Director of Digital Transformation & Enterprise Technology Strategy to lead strategic technology initiatives that drive innovation, business growth, and operational excellence. This senior leadership role will focus on developing digital transformation strategies, improving enterprise capabilities, and aligning technology investments with business objectives.
What you'll do:
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute technology strategy and roadmaps
- Drive process improvement, automation, and innovation programs
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology with business goals
- Oversee technology modernization and digital adoption efforts
- Establish governance, performance metrics, and best practices
- Manage strategic technology projects and transformation programs
- Monitor industry trends and recommend new technology opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, business transformation, or related leadership roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives and organizational change
- Knowledge of enterprise technology environments and digital solutions
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives
- Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

Pay: £10,000.00-£12,500.00 per month
