Are you a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant looking to develop your skills in primary care? We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at Tieve Tara Medical Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care within a busy GP practice. Working under the supervision of our Lead Practice Nurse, you will support patients throughout their healthcare journey and contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered care.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide a range of clinical and patient-focused services, including and will work closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team to help deliver excellent primary care services to our local community.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and the ability to use initiative when managing competing priorities in a busy healthcare environment. You will be adaptable, self-motivated, and able to respond professionally to a variety of challenges while maintaining confidentiality, empathy, and compassion. A flexible approach to working patterns and locations, together with a commitment to personal and professional development, is essential for this role.
