What You’ll Do:
Reportinto the Regional Facilities Manager
Superviseworks on the London, Isle of Man & Gunfleet Sands site. Based from CentralLondon 5 days a week
Toensure the fabric of the building both externally and internally is maintainedand serviced to a high standard in accordance with the management contract andagreed budgets using suppliers or onsite engineer.
Tobe responsible for all the health and safety compliance onsite, including thatof third party services providers and maintenance records. This includesensuring Elogbooks and Synergy is regularly updated and monitored in accordancewith all the Health and Safety requirements.
Tosupervise Facilities coordinators & Reception team on site to ensure thecorrect standard of service is provided in accordance with the agreed contract
Preparation,control and monitoring of the service agreement in accordance with the client’sbudgetary agreement
Regularmonitoring of the key performance indicators and taking remedial action asapplicable to ensure the required standards are maintained and constantlyimproved for the full range of buildings
Tocompile and maintain all required information/records relating to company,health and safety and other related records. This includes asset register,emergency plans and all related records to feed management reports
Tofurther develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring that theyreceive the highest standards of service in relation to their operational needsand attend client meetings as applicable.
Superviseon site tasks ensure PPM’s are booked in and extra works are completed withinthe SLA
Keepontop of all work orders and their job sheets ensuring the team in motivated tomeet deadlines
RaisePO’s on Coupa PPM & EW
EnsurePO’s are invoiced in a timely manner and the invoice pool is clear
ChaseOPO’s
Maintainsupplier relationships
Tomonitor FM works onsite and liaise with service providers/sub-contractors.
Anyother duties as in accordance with the needs of the business
