Role: Risk and Assurance Trainee
Location: Hybrid Working – working between our Telford, Shrewsbury or Staffordshire offices
Salary: Starting at £25,795 increasing to £34,994 per annum
Contract: 36 hours per week. Monday to Friday (Full-time, Permanent)

As a Risk and Assurance Trainee, you'll play an important role in helping us make informed decisions, improve services and ensure we're delivering on our commitments to customers and communities.
About the Role
As a Risk and Assurance Trainee, you'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to help identify, assess and manage risks, support assurance activities and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll use risk management to inform decision making and help us deliver safe, high-quality homes and excellent services to our customers. Please read the job description for further details.
What we’re looking for
You don't need previous experience in risk or assurance. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and have:

The ability to build positive working relationships;

Strong written and excellent verbal communication skills;

A keen eye for detail and good organisational skills;

Ability to analyse information, identify risks and present findings clearly;

Good problem-solving abilities;

Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications. Particularly Outlook, Excel and Word;

The ability to handle confidential information.
