About the role
We're looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner to join our team of self-employed contractors. The work is a mix of regular domestic cleans, commercial and office contracts, and one-off deep cleans such as end-of-tenancy and post-build.

What you'll be doing
- Regular domestic cleans for private clients
- Commercial and office cleaning (some early morning or evening starts)
- One-off deep cleans, end-of-tenancy and post-build work
- Working to an agreed checklist and leaving each property to a high standard
- Communicating directly with clients and reporting any issues or breakages promptly
What you'll need
- Self-employed status — you must be registered as self-employed and responsible for your own tax and National Insurance. You'll invoice us for the hours you work.
- Your own equipment and supplies — vacuum, mop, cloths, chemicals and consumables. We don't provide kit.
- A full driving licence and your own vehicle — jobs are spread across [area] and are not reachable by public transport. Business use insurance required.
- Public liability insurance (or willingness to arrange it before starting)
- Previous cleaning experience, domestic or commercial
- Reliability and good timekeeping — clients depend on consistent slots
- Good spoken English and the confidence to deal with clients directly
- Right to work in the [UK]
Nice to have
- Experience with end-of-tenancy or post-construction cleaning
- COSHH awareness or a cleaning qualification
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
What we offer
- £20 per hour, paid fortnightly on invoice
- Consistent, regular work — build up as many hours as you want
- Choose the jobs and days that suit you
- Direct, straightforward communication — no layers of management
- Mileage contribution for jobs outside London
This is a self-employed contractor position, not an employed role. You will be responsible for your own tax, National Insurance and insurance, and you are free to work for other clients.
Pay: £16.00-£25.00 per hour
Benefits:
