As one of the leading suppliers of upholstered bed frames in the UK we are looking to recruit a proactive Sales Administrator with sales order processing experience to join our busy sales office.
You will be responsible for the sales administration function including
- Processing customer sales orders
- Allocating orders for delivery
- Managing orders by delivery request date
- Sending acknowledgements and advising stock availability/lead times to customers
- Dealing with sales related calls
-Processing stock orders and liaising with overseas suppliers
- Contacting delivery companies via websites or telephone to ascertain delivery status
- Corresponding with customers and liaising with the warehouse regarding the despatch of goods.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- Good communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
- Must have previous sales order / sales administration experience
- PC literate with good data input skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good team player with initiative
- Work well under pressure
- Good all round education - minimum GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
