Full-Time Key Holder – Havaianas

Future 62 Ltd is the sole franchise partner for Havaianas in the UK.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Key Holder to join our Havaianas team at Gatwick Airport.
- Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Pay: £13.90 per hour
- Location: Gatwick Airport
As a Key Holder, you will support the management team with the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, strong sales performance and high operational standards. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store and supporting the team when required.
Main Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver store KPIs and sales targets in line with company expectations.
- Support the day-to-day running of the store and assist the management team with operational requirements.
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store in line with company procedures.
- Complete cash handling, cashing up and POS procedures accurately.
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Lead by example and demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills.
- Develop excellent product knowledge and share this knowledge with other team members.
- Support and coach colleagues on customer service and selling techniques.
- Assist with deliveries, stock management, replenishment and goods returns.
- Process refunds and exchanges in line with company procedures.
- Support the management team in maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, including understanding best sellers, key trading periods and business priorities.
- Support the management team with team performance and daily operational requirements.
- Maintain a positive attitude and act as a strong brand ambassador for Havaianas and Future 62 Ltd.
- Ensure all company, airport and security procedures are followed at all times.

Important
- This is a Full-Time Permanent Contract (40 hours per week) in line with our contract with Gatwick Airport.
- The role is based in an airside location at Gatwick Airport.
- All staff are required to complete the necessary security vetting and obtain and maintain an airside pass to work in this location.
- The successful candidate must be flexible to work across Monday to Sunday, including weekends and varying shift patterns, according to business requirements.
- Offers are subject to Future 62 Ltd obtaining satisfactory employment references covering the previous 5 years, completion of Criminal Record Checks and the candidate successfully passing the General Security Awareness Training tests required by MAG.
Experience & Skills
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience.
- Previous key holder, supervisor or senior sales experience is desirable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Confident in leading by example and supporting colleagues.
- Good understanding of sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is desirable.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility when required.
- Positive, enthusiastic and commercially aware approach.
- Flexible and reliable approach to working hours.
- Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and representing the Havaianas brand.
