Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food kiosk store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, managing staff, and driving store performance.
Duties
PEOPLE:
1) Manage shop team FOH and BOH including onboarding, training, and development.
2) Ensure all team members are trained in the Gopal's Corner menu and have knowledge of the cuisine.
3) Train and develop future talent, ensure team members have tools to do the job.
4) Liaise with all restaurant staff members to effectively work as a team.
5) Contributing to and leading the team effort.
PROFIT
1) Order and stock control as per company guideline
2) Estimating food costs and profits; adjusting workforce as required
3) Generate orders for suppliers, quality check deliveries and maintain accurate records of produce received.
PRODUCT
1) Ensure the quality of product by checking daily food items. Ensuring quality and specifications are adhered to by following the specialist Malaysian cuisine menu to the set company standards
2) Constantly maintain training for team members so that high quality of food is prepared and served
3) Ensure high hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained within the kitchen. Ensuring Health & Safety standards are adhered to.
