We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Tradesmen to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a pride in delivering high-quality finishes. You will be involved in all aspects of construction and refurbishment, working both independently and alongside our experienced team to deliver projects to the highest standards.
- Typical duties include:
- General building and maintenance work on residential projects
- Plasterboarding and patch plastering
- Tiling, decorating, and finishing works
- Assisting with extensions, refurbishments, loft conversions, and renovations
- Making good after works and keeping sites tidy
- Working alongside other trades and following simple plans or instructions
- What we’re looking for:
- Practical experience across a range of trades (doesn’t need to be an expert in any one thing)
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Pride in doing a neat, tidy job
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Own tools essential
