The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and customer focused Fleet Administrator to join our PCN & Fleet Administration team based in Hammersmith.
This is much more than an administration role. You'll play an important part in helping keep thousands of professional drivers compliant and on the road by managing parking and traffic enforcement notices, supporting customers and working closely with teams across the business.
You'll be trusted to take ownership of your workload, identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver an excellent experience for both our drivers and internal teams.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Fleet Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of processing parking and traffic enforcement notices accurately and within statutory deadlines
- Managing speeding offences and penalty charge notices through our partially automated systems
- Preparing and submitting representations to local authorities using the Insight PCN platform
- Preparing PE2 and PE3 applications for Traffic Enforcement Centre proceedings where appropriate
- Providing professional, knowledgeable and empathetic support to drivers regarding parking and traffic-related enquiries
- Managing customer enquiries through email, telephone and ticketing systems
- Building strong working relationships with bailiff companies, local authorities and enforcement agencies
- Working collaboratively with departments across Otto Car to identify repeat offenders and improve compliance
- Maintaining accurate driver and vehicle records across multiple business systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping the team become more efficient as we continue to grow
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about delivering excellent customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using computer systems and entering data accurately
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- A calm and professional manner when dealing with challenging situations
- A willingness to learn and contribute ideas that improve the way we work
Previous experience working with parking enforcement, fleet administration or compliance would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided.
