Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Assistant to help people live independently within their own homes, The role focuses on supporting individuals with daily tasks, health needs and emotional wellbeing. A community care assistant will provide personal practical and emotional support to individuals who may be elderly, disabled, recovering from illness or vulnerable. The goal is to help them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes
