Brownlows Inn has an opportunityfor a Night Porter to join the team at our city centre hotel.
The Night Porter Role:
This role will be working night shifts covering 21:00 - 07:00 hours. . As a night porter you will be responsible for working in all public areas of the Hotel and bar, your main area of responsibility is ensuring the total security of the hotel overnight. This will include the manning of the reception and bar areas. You will also be responsible for completing other tasks on the bar for example, drinks serving, clearing of glasses and general cleaning duties as required such as washing of bed linens etc.
Our ideal Night Porter:
Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role within a hotel, however this is not essential. You must be confident in working at night during unsocial hours. Having a knowledge of Health & Safety legislation would be beneficial with the ability to pick up tasks quickly.
