Location: Kidlington, Marsh Gibbon, Bicester & surrounding areas
Pay: £12.71 per hour + Mileage Allowance
Hours: Full-time & Part-time | Morning, Evening & Weekend Shifts

As a Community Care Worker, you'll support people in their own homes across Kidlington, Marsh Gibbon, Bicester and surrounding areas, helping them remain independent, comfortable and treated with dignity and respect.
This role is about more than completing tasks. Its about building trust, offering companionship and helping someone feel confident in their own home. Every visit can make a real difference to someone's day.
What will you do?
As a Community Care Worker, your responsibilities may include:

Supporting with personal care, washing, dressing and mobility

Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration

Helping with light household tasks and shopping

Supporting with prescribed medication as trained

Providing companionship and emotional support

Encouraging independence and respecting individual choices

Completing daily care records

Travelling between service users' homes to provide reliable care
Typical shifts:
Morning: 7:00am- 12:00pm
Evening: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
Weekends: Weekend availability required
Who are we looking for?
You don't need previous professional care experience. We welcome career changers and people looking to start their first Community Care Worker role.
We are looking for people who are kind, patient, respectful and dependable, with good communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous, as youll need to travel between service users homes. Mileage allowance is provided.
