Cook/ Chef required for busy, thriving Golf Club. The candidate must be local within 30 - 45 minutes travel of Melton Mowbray.
Hours are flexible to meet the requirements of the business and must possess the ability to deal with:
Sunday Lunches up to 50 covers
Match Meals (throughout the competition season - up to 32 people per event).
Monthly "feature" evenings
Wedding Receptions up to 50 seated and buffets up to 150 people.
Parties and Private hire for members and visitors
Open competition days (9 per year) for up to 240 players throughout the day e.g Breakfasts, lunches, evening meals
Plus daily snack menu and table service menu for members and visitors
Salary dependent on work experience and qualifications.
One Month Trial period
Part time / Permanent position.
