Low Care Operatives – FULL TIME – Permanent – NO STUDENTS
Starting from £12.75 per hour (currently under review)
Shift: 4:00am – 1:00pm, 5 days per week including Sundays

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Low Care Operatives to join our Operations team. This is a varied role supporting either our Goods In or Goods Out functions, helping to ensure products and materials move safely and efficiently through our business.

What you'll be doing
Depending on business needs, you could be:
- Receiving and checking deliveries into our warehouse and production areas
- Moving stock and materials safely around site
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Preparing products for dispatch
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Completing stock checks and warehouse paperwork
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping
- Supporting colleagues across different areas as required

Experience
The following would be advantageous but is not essential:
- Warehouse experience
- Picking and packing experience
- Goods In or Goods Out experience
- Counterbalance or Reach Truck Fork Lift experience
- Food manufacturing experience
Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Working Environment
This role is based within our food manufacturing operation. Parts of the workplace are maintained at chilled temperatures to ensure product quality and food safety. Full PPE and workwear are provided, and training will be given on all required procedures.
