Disability Assessor (WCA)
Location: Weymouth
Salary: £42,000–(rising by £1,000 at 12 months - Performance based)

Full Time - Hybrid - Mon-Fri, 9-5
Part time options -3 or 4 days
Your Role:
- Assessing claimants work capability and functional ability via phone and face-to-face appointments doing work capability assessments.
- Use your critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills.
- Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
- Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed
Essential Criteria:
- Registered Nurse, OT or Physio
- Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
- NMC/HCPC registered
- Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
- Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate
- Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
- Experience working with complex health conditions
