Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in designing, developing, and maintaining complex technical systems. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise engineering teams in the development and implementation of technical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee the design and review of schematics, control systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize system performance.
- Manage maintenance activities for mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring reliability and minimizing downtime through proactive planning.
- Coordinate project management efforts by defining scope, setting milestones, allocating resources, and tracking progress to achieve successful outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance on mechanical knowledge, electrical systems, and schematic interpretation to team members and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in supervision, safety protocols, and technical innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and enhance system functionality while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven management experience leading engineering or technical teams within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Strong electrical experience including working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and control systems.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance activities for machinery or equipment.
- Supervising experience that highlights leadership abilities in guiding teams toward operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety standards, troubleshooting procedures, and technical documentation related to electrical and mechanical systems.
