About the Role
Carter Care Solutions is expanding our team of Relief Support Workers to support children and young people living in residential homes in Northampton and Bedford. We are looking for warm, patient and emotionally mature people who understand that supporting children is more than just a job.
We are a supportive company that values our staff as much as the Children and Young People we care for. You will be listened to, encouraged and supported by approachable management who genuinely care about children and young people and want staff to feel confident in providing the best possible support. When you feel supported, confident and valued, children feel that difference every day.
You will work flexibly as self employed, earn £16.00–£18.00 per hour, and have access to a bonus scheme linked to hours worked. We provide full training, ongoing development and reflective debriefs after challenging shifts with qualified social work management.
