Job Summary

Duties
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to meet health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks under supervision, including ingredient handling and basic assembly
- Support the storage of ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper rotation and organization
- Dispose of waste responsibly and manage recycling procedures in line with environmental policies
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas, ensuring all dishes, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and stored correctly
- Help with setting up dining areas or service stations as needed for meal service
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required—training will be provided
- Familiarity with basic food preparation and kitchen operations is advantageous
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and safety protocols in food service settings is a plus
