Provide personalised companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in activities they enjoy.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, and mobility support.
Support with medication reminders and administration as per care plans.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light household duties to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
Facilitate errands, shopping, and accompany clients to appointments or social outings.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or changes in a client's condition.
Promote client independence, dignity, and choice at all times.
Competitive hourly pay ranging from £13.3 to £28.6 per hour, reflecting various shift types and enhancements.
Guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week with opportunities for additional hours.
