Lovely Peak District Country House Hotel requires waiting staff, to join our friendly restaurant team
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining and lounge area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Strong guest relations skills and the ability to work independently with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality is a must
