Duties
- Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing prompt and courteous assistance at the counter
- Manage multiple communication channels, including phone calls and in-person inquiries, with professional phone etiquette
- Assist customers with product information, transactions, and general questions to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area to promote efficiency and safety
- Support inventory management through basic maintenance tasks and stock organization using Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle multilingual interactions effectively to serve diverse customer needs
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar software for record keeping and inventory tracking
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional customer service practices
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks around the counter area as needed
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
