About the Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive high-quality, person-centred care every day.
Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will:
- Lead and coordinate shifts
- Support and supervise care colleagues
- Administer and oversee medication procedures
- Complete care assessments and care planning reviews
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards
- Promote resident wellbeing, dignity, and independence
- Help create a positive and supportive team culture
