Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a vibrant nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing high-quality care and education.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Implement Early Childhood Education principles in daily activities
- Supervise and engage children in various educational and play activities
- Manage the nursery environment to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Drive continuous improvement in childcare practices
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and supporting staff
- Create an English-rich learning environment for children
Requirements:
- MUST HOLD A FULL AND RELEVANT CHILDCARE QUALIFICATION LEVEL 2 OR 3.
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting (desirable)
- Paediatric first aid qualification (desirable)
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
- Passion for providing quality care and education to young children
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
