Responsibilities
- Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a secure environment for all visitors
- Address guest enquiries or concerns promptly, delivering outstanding guest services with professionalism and courtesy
- Promote a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews
Experience
- Strong background in guest services with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of park operations or outdoor recreation environments is advantageous
- Proven ability to organise tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in conflict resolution and handling guest complaints diplomatically is beneficial
