We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused and sales-orientated Kitchen Showroom Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through our range of kitchen solutions, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional showroom experience. Duties
· Greet visitors and assist them in exploring our showroom displays with enthusiasm and professionalism
· Understand client requirements through active listening and ask pertinent questions to tailor recommendations accordingly
· Maintain the organisation and visual merchandising of the showroom to ensure an inviting atmosphere
· Follow up on leads and convert showroom visits into sales opportunities
· Keep abreast of current trends in kitchen design, materials, and appliances to offer informed advice
Skills
· Strong Sales background, adept at managing sales appointments and the showroom's CRM
· Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and listen effectively
· Experience in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
· Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple client appointments and maintain showroom presentation standards
· Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimise product displays and enhance visual appeal
· Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and pricing estimates
