Join Our Brand-New Preschool Setting
We are excited to be opening a brand-new preschool at St James' Church, Pokesdown, called Tiny Seeds Preschool and are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join us on this exciting journey.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the ethos, culture, and learning environment of a new preschool from the very beginning. We are committed to providing exceptional childcare and education in a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can flourish.
Our preschool will follow a Planning in the Moment approach, placing children's interests, curiosity, and individual development at the heart of everything we do. With extensive resources, a dedicated outdoor area, and access to local school playgrounds, children will benefit from a rich and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and active learning.

You will work closely with the management team to deliver high-quality care and education, support children's learning and development, and help create a positive and engaging preschool experience.
As this is a pack-away setting, your working hours will include the daily set-up and pack-a way of resources and equipment to ensure the environment is fully prepared for children each day.
The preschool will be open to children from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with staff hours extending beyond these times to allow for set-up, preparation, and pack-away responsibilities. Working from 8:00-4:00 with an unpaid break.
