We are now looking for a Customer Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Nektar Natura juice dispensing systems across the UK. This role is hands on and customer focused, ensuring our hospitality partners receive reliable service and a high quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the UK sales and operations teams on installations and follow ups
- Install, service, and maintain Nektar Natura juice dispensing systems at customer sites across the UK
- Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs efficiently
- Provide basic training and guidance to hotel and hospitality staff
- Organise and deliver installations at trade fairs, presentations, and more complex setups
- Coordinate market needs with the parent organisation and support the implementation of approved solutions
- Work closely with technical development teams when required
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and brand representation at all times
Profile
- Technical or hands on background such as field service, equipment installation, or hospitality technology
- Strong customer service mindset with clear and professional communication skills
- Able to work independently and travel within the UK
- Reliable, well organised, and solution focused
- Full driving licence
- Proficient in English
- Right to work in the UK
