The Role
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and self-motivated individual to join us as temporary winter cover starting 1st September 2026 through March 2027.
As someone who thrives working independently you will take real pride in running the floor smoothly, maintaining our high standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering friendly, efficient, and welcoming front-of-house service.
- Crafting consistently high-quality espresso and specialty coffee drinks as an experienced barista.
- Overseeing daily front-of-house operations independently and confidently as an independent worker.
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene regulations, and food quality standards.
- Opening and closing the café, managing stock, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Front of House experience, ideally within a busy café or hospitality setting.
- Solid, hands-on barista knowledge and a passion for great coffee.
- Demonstrated experience and a strong working knowledge of food quality, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- An independent worker who can take initiative, lead by example, and supervise shifts smoothly.
- Mandatory weekend availability to support our busy trading days.
- A warm, personable, and community-focused attitude that fits right into a family-run business.
