Door Supervisors – Brixton, South London
£13.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Regular Weekend Shifts
Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors to support a number of busy pubs, bars, and late night venues across Brixton.
These are high volume, fast paced environments. We are looking to strengthen our teams with reliable, professional individuals who are confident working in demanding settings and can maintain standards under pressure.
What You’ll Get:
- £13.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Regular Friday and Saturday night shifts
- Additional midweek shifts available
- Ongoing support from an experienced Operations team

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Smart, professional presentation
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Comfortable working in busy, high pressure environments
- Reliable, punctual, and team focused
- Able to remain calm, controlled, and professional at all times
Previous experience in late night or high footfall venues is preferred.
