Planon is strengthening its commercial organization by building a more data-driven and performance-focused Revenue Operations function. To support this, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with data, uncovering insights and translating complex performance trends into clear actions.
As our Revenue Operations Specialist for Insights & Analytics, you will play a key role in how we measure and steer our commercial performance. You will work across Sales, Customer Growth, Marketing, Finance and IM to ensure the organization has clear visibility on pipeline health, revenue performance and the impact of strategic initiatives.
Through scalable reporting, strong KPI governance and actionable insights, you will help GTM leadership understand what is happening in the business and where to act next.
If you enjoy combining analytics with business understanding, building reporting that drives decisions and partnering with senior stakeholders, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact on how our commercial organization performs.
What you'll do
-
Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks and executive scorecards to drive commercial performance visibility.
-
Deliver actionable insights on pipeline, funnel performance, forecasting, customer growth, churn and expansion trends.
-
Monitor and assess the impact of strategic initiatives and growth levers, translating outcomes into clear business insights.
-
Own KPI definitions and governance, ensuring consistent metrics, reporting standards and data usage across teams.
-
Act as analytical partner to GTM leadership, turning data into clear recommendations and decision support.
-
Strengthen data quality and reporting reliability by aligning closely with IM and Finance teams.
You combine strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of commercial processes. You are comfortable working with data, but equally strong in translating insights into clear narratives that help stakeholders take action.
You have:
-
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics or a similar commercial analytics role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
-
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in Salesforce and BI tools.
-
Solid understanding of commercial metrics such as pipeline, conversion, forecasting and customer growth.
-
Experience building dashboards and translating raw data into clear, usable insights for business stakeholders.
-
Ability to translate business questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
-
Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to constructively challenge assumptions and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
