Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the front-of-house team during service, manage the sections
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Coordinate staff schedules and oversee daily operations.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor stock levels and report ordering requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or team leader, minimum 2 years experience, THIS IS A MUST
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of French cuisine or fine dining is an advantage.
- French language skills are desirable but not essential.
