Your Role:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in line with residents’ individual care plans
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Support the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Collaborate with a skilled care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold care standards
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) – Essential
- Previous experience in a care home or elderly care setting is desirable
- A passion for providing person-centred care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
