An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Indemnity Insurance Sales to join Alliance Medical Indemnity (AMI), part of the Alliance Health Group, as an integral member of one of the fastest growing medical indemnity insurance providers in the UK today.
The company exclusively services our growing network of consultant members, offering our surgeons and physicians a tailored medical indemnity product to protect their independent practice.
You will be a proactive positive team member who thrives with the challenge of a fast paced, target driven sales environment. The role holder will be part of a successful sales team responsible for continuing the significant growth we have enjoyed over recent years.
Duties
Achieving set sales targets through the conversion of warm leads that have been generated for you, into sales.
- Building excellent relationships with surgeons and physicians, ensuring a professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy attitude is demonstrated at all times.
- Completing applications with clients to provide the best deal possible, not just in terms of price, but in the quality of the product that we are able to offer.
- Close collaboration with the team to achieve shared goals.
- Use in-house systems to accurately record interactions with clients, confirm sales status, record potential new leads, and record communications activity.
- Represent the organisation positively in all interactions with potential clients.
- Commit to ongoing ‘on the job’ training provided by colleagues and team managers who are committed to ensuring you have all the tools to be highly successful.
- This is an office-based role, working in a small, committed, and successful team. There is no anticipated scope for homeworking.
Experience
This role is only going to suit someone who is driven and motivated by success, and with a proven strong track record in sales.

This is a full-time permanent position Monday-Friday.
In return you will receive a salary of £30,000 per annum, with a generous commission structure that will provide a realistic first year on target earnings of £50,000
