About The Role
You will be responsible for receiving, recording and securely storing all loose items, ensuring everything is processed in line with customer requirements. Accuracy, organisation and a proactive approach are key.
What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain an inventory record of items on site

Ensure that all packs are securely stored and/or repatriated to available vehicles

Update the system to reflect the items held

Administer stock checks of all loose items, reporting back any discrepancies to management each month.

Observe all health and safety rules and take all reasonable care to promote the health and safety at work for others.

Drive in a correct and professional manner in line with site rules and HSE requirements and treat all vehicles with respect.

Ensure you conduct yourself in calm and courteous manner whilst dealing with customers and team members.

Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required ensuring the smooth running of the loose items department, reporting into your line manager.
What We’re Looking For

Must have strong communication and organisational skills; communicating effectively with colleagues and giving clear instructions where appropriate.

Able to demonstrate good time management with the ability to prioritise the workload and work to deadlines.

Able to cope well under pressure in a very busy atmosphere whilst ensuring attention to detail is maintained at all times.

Compliant with use of handheld and tablet technology.

Candidate must be happy to work in outside weather conditions (position can be both yard & office based).
