We're looking to recruit Support Team members, full time and part time in contracted positions.
- Gross salaries for Support Team members £27,456 (£12.80 per hour) - £31,381 (£14.63 per hour) + enhancements
- Six weeks paid Annual Leave
- Full time, 41.25 hours

- 30 hours additional paid training allowance £435.90

- Conflict management training and MVA will be provided in addition to mandatory learning, education and development
Knowledge of supporting vulnerable people with autism, learning disabilities or complex needs is preferred but not essential, full training will be given. Our ideal team members are flexible, empathetic with a calm and efficient approach to work. Situations can sometimes be difficult and challenging, so you'll need to be non-judgmental, with a sensitive approach.

At a practical level, you’ll need good IT and communication skills including numeracy and literacy in order to keep accurate records. You must also be fit enough to take on the more physical aspects of the job.
