Practice Overview
Haslemere Health Centre is a large, modern GP practice with 19,000 patients and a multidisciplinary team including GPs, nurses, pharmacist, health care assistants, physiotherapist, paramedic, mental health practitioner and social prescriber. Our practice operates from a modern, single-storey NHS Health Centre featuring 20 consulting rooms, located within the grounds of Haslemere Hospital. We also have a smaller branch surgery in Fernhurst, along with additional administrative offices within the hospital.
