What You'll Be Doing
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and serving food and drinks to our high standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Supporting your colleagues during busy service periods.
- Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
