Overview
We are seeking a Day Club Supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations of our dementia-friendly day centre. The role involves supporting a small team, coordinating activities, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for service users.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day club and support staff and volunteers
- Plan and deliver a weekly activity schedule
- Maintain accurate care records using digital systems
- Assist with personal care when required
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed
- Communicate with families and professionals
Requirements
- Experience in health or social care
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred, but not essential)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Right to work in the UK
