Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Travel Ownership: Oversee complex calendar management and coordinate full travel itineraries, accommodations, and seamless logistics.
- Executive Communication: Draft, edit, and review executive reports, presentations, and correspondence with exceptional precision.
- Meeting Facilitation: Prepare meeting agendas, compile board materials, record concise action items, and track post-meeting follow-ups.
- Operational Liaison: Serve as the professional first point of contact between executive management, internal teams, and external partners.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business data, personal matters, and strategic initiatives with complete discretion and sound judgment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 4+ years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Business Administrator supporting senior leadership.
- Track Record: A history of managing complex, fast-moving schedules and high-priority business initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Tooling: Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), digital calendar platforms, and modern communication suites.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a refined, professional tone.
- Mindset: Highly proactive, composed under pressure, and obsessed with the small details that make a business run smoothly.
Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
