We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up to date.
- Organise and maintain office files and records, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with clerical duties such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. .
- Support financial record-keeping using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow throughout the office.

- Proficient in office administration with strong organisational skills.
