About the Role
As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will provide a wide range of high-quality beauty treatments while helping to maintain the welcoming, luxury environment that Aurora Wellness & Beauty is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional beauty treatments to the highest standard.
Perform advanced facial and body treatments.
Provide waxing, tinting, lash and brow services.
Carry out manicures and pedicures.
Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and retail products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organised, and fully stocked.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Contribute to achieving team targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a beauty therapy role.
Excellent knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong sales and retail skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required.
Desirable Skills
Experience with advanced skincare treatments.
Knowledge of massage therapies.
Experience using salon booking systems.
Additional qualifications in aesthetics or specialist treatments are an advantage.
