We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced Pub/Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, support the management team, and help deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have excellent leadership skills, and be committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the pub/restaurant.
- Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house team members during shifts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance development.
- Ensure food and drink service meets company standards.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling where required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
