Join Morgan Sindall Property Services and play a key role in delivering electrical compliance and planned investment works in Manchester.
We are investing in our in-house electrical capability to support a major programme of 5-year electrical testing and inspection (EICRs) across our housing stock, alongside upcoming heating and hot water system lifecycle replacement projects.

Working within occupied homes, you will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations and company standards, while using mobile technology to manage work activities, maintaining van stock levels, and providing an excellent customer experience.
This is a varied position that combines compliance, responsive maintenance and planned investment works, offering the opportunity to apply and further develop your technical expertise.

You'll be able to work independently, manage your own workload and deliver excellent customer service.
