Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Doncaster, DN3 3FF
Shifts:
Two Shifts to choose from
Days: 06:00- 15:30, or 07:00 – 16:30
Nights: Start 20:30 or 21:30, 8-10h shift
Pay Rates:
Days from £13.32 per hour
Nights from £14.32 per hour
Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the standard rate,
Double pay rate on Saturday Nights and Sunday Days
Weekly payments.

We are seeking a motivated Production Operatives to join our production department. As a skilled worker in our beef processing facility, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and contribute to the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, safety in a chill and dynamic environment.
Temp to Perm - We are looking for individuals who are ready for permanent employment and willing to work full-time
Main Duties:
- Weighing and packing fresh meat.
- Following health and safety guidelines.
- Cooperating with the assigned team leader and team to maintain the best performance.
- Taking care of the workstation and ensuring it meets the company's cleanliness standards.
Experience & Requirements:
· To work and production operative No prior experience is required as fully paid training and induction are provided.
· Must be available for both day & night shifts (flexibility required)
· Able to commute for a 6 AM start
· Full-time positions only (no part-time or student roles available)
· English language skills required (speaking & writing)
