About the role
In the role of Internal Sales Executive, you will be taking enquiries and giving expert advice on our product range. Being customer focused to deliver the high standards of service associated with RM Toolfix. You will also be responsible for giving quotations and securing orders. Your main duties will be to build and maintain the township customer database, target new, dormant and low spend accounts through pro-active telephone and marketing campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with Enquiries and providing accurate information on equipment and pricing in a professional manner.
Working with the Commercial Manager to prepare Sales quotations for customers as required.
Raise Sales orders using the Inspire system (Training Given)
Identifying customers’ needs and up selling our Sales Offerings.
Liaise with the buying department to raise orders with suppliers for parts and consumables.

The position is full time Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 5pm we are also able to offer an immediate start.

Pay: £10.85-£15.00 per hour
