Forklift Driver
Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:30 or 14:00-22:30
Pay Rate: £13.12- £13.73 per hour between 06:00-19:59, £16.03 per hour between 20:00-22:30
Contract: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for experienced Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work within a professional warehouse environment.
We are accepting applications from candidates with either Reach or Counterbalance forklift experience.
The Role:
As a Forklift Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a Reach or Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
- Moving and positioning stock around the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading goods where required.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties.
- Ensuring all goods are handled safely and accurately.
- Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
The Person:
- Valid Reach or Counterbalance forklift licence/certificate.
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance.
- Physically fit and comfortable working within a busy warehouse.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
